A Different Kind of Consultant
I've spent over a decade leading facilities and operational infrastructure for organizations across the healthcare and technology sectors. These are environments where precision, data, and human impact all matter equally.
I was an early adopter of AI tools, not because they were trendy, but because I could see how fundamentally they would change how work gets done. I've always told my teams that AI itself won't replace people, but people who understand how to use AI will have a significant advantage over those who don't.
That same shift is happening right now for local businesses. Just like in operations management, the businesses that recognize this early and adapt methodically will thrive. Those who ignore it will struggle to understand why their tried-and-true marketing suddenly stopped working.
I started Olin Group because I saw local businesses (good businesses, run by skilled professionals) being left behind by a technology shift they didn't even know was happening. I saw fear and uncertainty paralyzing action. I saw an opportunity to bring the same AI visibility strategies that enterprise companies use to local businesses, at a scale and price point that actually works for practices in our community.
I'm based in Enumclaw, Washington, where I live with my family. I grew up in Maple Valley and have deep roots in King County and the broader Puget Sound region. I believe in supporting local businesses. You'll find me at farmers' markets, sourcing from local CSAs, and buying from area farms whenever possible. This isn't performative. It's how I think communities should work.
If you're a local business owner trying to figure out how to stay visible as AI reshapes search, I'd welcome the chance to show you what's actually happening and what you can do about it. Get in touch to talk through your situation.
