For audits, we need your business name, website URL, service area, and main services offered. For the Foundation Package or the Defense & Growth, we need access to your website content management system (such as WordPress or Squarespace) and to Google Business Profile. We use password managers to store credentials securely and can provide NDAs upon request.
GEO Audits require full payment upfront. The Foundation Package requires a 50% deposit before work begins and a 50% payment upon completion. Defense & Growth bills are due monthly on the 1st of each month. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Invoices are sent via Xero with payment links included. Monthly Defense & Growth invoices are sent via email on the 1st of each month through Xero. Click the payment link in your invoice email to pay by credit card or ACH transfer. You can also set up autopay for automatic monthly billing. Invoices are due within 15 days; late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
